Tastes like "legit ranch"
Will make 32+ oz. Enough to share with friends! (Or use all week long!)
Ingredients
3 cups vegan mayonnaise ((I like Sir Kensington’s Vegan Mayo (least amount of ingredients) or- Veganaise Soy Free- follow your heart brand))
1 can full fat coconut milk
3 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
4 cloves garlic
2 Tsp dried parsley
2 TBSP dried dill
3 TBSP fresh dill (about 4 of the fringey parts of the sprigs)
2 green onion or 2 Tsp onion powder
½ Tsp sweet or regular paprika (not smoked)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients into a blender and puree a few times until all is mixed well. Store in glass airtight container (mason jars work well) for up to one week max.
Tips
You can add one or two more garlic cloves and 2 TBSP nutritional yeast, and sub dried dill for italian seasonings, and fresh flat leaf parsley and make a creamy italian dressing instead!
